You’re a proactive Junior Account Executive who thrives on converting opportunities into first-time customers. You’ll work a pipeline of assigned inbound and outbound Mid-Market leads, taking ownership of each opportunity from first contact through to close.
You’re confident leading structured discovery calls and meetings, running tailored product demonstrations, and managing deals with discipline and consistency. You know how to build trust quickly, understand customer needs, and clearly articulate value to move prospects forward.
You’re comfortable working across multiple European markets and enjoy engaging with buyers in English and your second language. Most importantly, you’re motivated by turning qualified leads into long-term customers and building relationships that last beyond the first deal.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (we’re open to more junior candidates with highly relevant experience in similar environments or business models)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage cold leads and build rapport quickly
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset, comfortable in high-volume outbound environments
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Goal-oriented, with strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar)
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language, with a strong preference for Slovak, Czech, Polish, or Danish
- Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, or B2B platforms is a strong plus
- Lead Qualification: Assess and prioritise prospects to identify high-potential opportunities
- Demos & Closing: Run product demos and manage the sales process through to close
- Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage your own pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and conversion
- Follow-Up & Engagement: Nurture prospects and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
