We are looking for a talented and motivated Operation deployment engineer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and seamless deployments of our solution.

Responsibilities:

• Directly in charge of our production environment.
• Improve our resilience and reliability of Qwilt’s production environment.
• Provide expert-level technical analysis and troubleshooting complex field issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams in your role as a T3 team member to address escalated issues collaboratively.
• Offer guidance and expertise to internal teams.
• Build new alerts and improve our internal observability.
• Provide on-call support.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand, review, and supply optimal solution offers & designs.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations & managing complex production deployments.
• At least 2 years of experience in Kubernetes.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Google).
• At least 1 year of experience with Prometheus & Grafana.
• Experience with TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills - Written and verbal.
• BA / BSc in Computer Science or Engineering - preferred.
