What will you do?

• You will establish a network environment by designing network infrastructure, system configuration and directing system installation
• You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with networks, hardware & software
• You will work in a multi-task and dynamic environment
• You will provide remote support to on-site engineers and end-users/customers
• You will provide multiple support and makes our customers successful by delivering the best experience

You will be great for this role if you have-

• 2+ years of experience as a Network Engineer
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• 2+ years of experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, and Routing protocols
• Experience with ISP customers- advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Vast experience in Linux – an advantage
• Cisco certification - CCNA, CCNP, CCIE –an advantage
• Knowledge of one scripting or programming language – an advantage
• Risk-taking approach, management skills and taking ownership
