About the Role

RadixArk is hiring a Solutions Account Executive in Palo Alto, CA — someone who can run a sales cycle and hold their own in a technical conversation. You'll sell SGLang, Miles, and the RadixArk infrastructure stack to AI labs, enterprises, and AI-native startups.

Our buyers don't sign because of a deck. They sign because someone sat down with their infrastructure team, understood their workload, and showed them what their P99 latency and cost-per-token look like on RadixArk. You'll be building toward being that person — with the support of our engineering team behind you.

You'll own commercial relationships end-to-end — prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close — while developing the technical depth to contribute meaningfully to POCs, architecture reviews, and benchmarks. You'll partner closely with engineering and solutions specialists, and grow into translating what SGLang and Miles actually do into something a CTO can defend to their board.

This role is for someone who is commercially sharp, technically curious, and eager to grow into the rare operator who can do both.

What You'll Do

  • Own a pipeline of accounts — AI labs, enterprises deploying AI, and AI-native startups
  • Run full sales cycles end-to-end: outbound, discovery, technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, close
  • Participate in and eventually lead technical deep dives, POCs, and architecture reviews — with engineering support where needed
  • Learn to translate customer requirements into concrete evaluation criteria, and RadixArk capabilities into language technical buyers care about
  • Partner with engineering on benchmarks, performance tuning, and technical escalations
  • Co-sell with Google Cloud, AWS, and regional GPU/cloud partners
  • Represent RadixArk at AI conferences, developer events, and SGLang community meetups
  • Feed market intelligence back to product and engineering — what you're hearing in the field shapes our roadmap

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise or technical sales, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role — backgrounds in AI infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or deep-tech are a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to run or contribute to a full sales cycle, including technical evaluations or POCs (formal experience helpful, but strong aptitude and trajectory matter)
  • Technical curiosity and baseline fluency — you don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing concepts like LLM inference, GPU infrastructure, and distributed systems, and willing to go deeper
  • Comfort engaging with engineering teams and asking good questions in technical conversations
  • Ambition to grow into a hybrid seller-engineer role over time
  • Existing relationships across AI, cloud, or enterprise ecosystems are a plus
