We seek a talented Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design and Webflow. If you have a knack for creating engaging visuals and managing user-friendly, responsive websites, we'd love to have you on our team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visuals for campaigns and promotions.

• Webflow Website Management:
  • Design, build, and maintain our website using Webflow.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor website performance and make necessary updates to improve user experience and functionality.
  • Manage website content, including updating text, images, and multimedia.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure content accuracy and technical performance.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Webflow Website Manager.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and website projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in Webflow, including CMS management, animations, and interactions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead a project and work both individually and in a team.
