Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand user triggers and barriers for key use-cases and categories.
  • Scope, conceptualize, and execute city-specific marketing initiatives to drive First Time Users (FTUs) and Monthly Transacting Users (MTUs).
  • Identify city-level trends and opportunities for innovative brand activations and promotions.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with local stakeholders such as metro authorities, transit hubs, tech parks, NGOs, and traffic police.
  • Drive visibility and brand awareness through PR-led initiatives in collaboration with local government bodies and organizations.
  • Manage vendor relationships end-to-end—from onboarding to execution and performance tracking.
  • Track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives to ensure high ROI and alignment with city growth targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • FTU and MTU growth driven by marketing activities
  • Number and impact of new marketing initiatives launched
  • Partnerships leveraged and scaled for business use-cases
  • Brand visibility and awareness uplift in target zones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Brand Management is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, consumer behavior, and local market dynamics
  • Marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand activation planning
  • Market research, user insight generation, and VoC analysis
  • Analytical skills to evaluate marketing impact, ROI, and performance tracking
  • Problem-solving mindset with bias for action and execution excellence
  • Creativity and innovation in marketing execution
  • Stakeholder, partner, and vendor management—including NGOs, government bodies, and PR liaisons
  • Account management and collaboration with external partners
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing roles in high-growth startups or consumer-facing businesses (mobility, e-commerce, FMCG, tech platforms, etc.).
  • Proven track record of designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Prior experience in managing vendors, local partnerships, and executing city-level marketing initiatives is a plus.
