We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to drive compensation, rewards, HR analytics, workforce planning, and HR systems initiatives across the organization. The role will partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, fair, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards & Compensation
- Support the development and execution of the organization’s Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
- Design and manage compensation structures, salary ranges, and reward frameworks.
- Support the design and execution of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Short-Term Incentive (STI) programs.
- Ensure compensation practices remain competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with market trends.
Benchmarking, Analytics & Dashboards
- Conduct market benchmarking surveys and compensation analysis.
- Formulate hiring, promotion, and correction salary ranges based on market data and internal philosophy.
- Simulate and forecast budgets for merit increases, promotions, incentives, and manpower planning.
- Build dashboards and HR analytics reports to generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Weave together data points across various HR functions including hiring, attrition, performance, rewards, engagement, and manpower planning to drive decision-making and interventions.
HR Systems & Process Management
- Manage and support HR systems initiatives, including Darwinbox workflows, compensation modules, data governance, and process automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency.
- Support implementation and enhancement of HR tech solutions and workflows.
Appraisal & Rewards Governance
- Drive the annual appraisal and merit cycle across the organization and group companies.
- Ensure fairness, consistency, and governance in compensation decisions.
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders during calibration and increment discussions.
Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure compensation structures and benefits comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate Total Rewards policies and processes effectively to employees and stakeholders.
- Resolve compensation-related queries and support policy implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or HR Systems.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking, appraisal cycle management, and HRMS platforms like Darwinbox.
- Exposure to compensation surveys like Mercer/Aon is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
