Role Description The Field Executive role at Rapido is a contract, on-site position based in Darbhanga. In this role, the Field Executive supports day-to-day operations, including onboarding new captains (riders), verifying documents, and ensuring adherence to company processes. The person in this position coordinates with local partners, assists in resolving operational issues, and promotes Rapido’s services within the assigned territory. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, sharing regular updates with the city operations team, and helping implement campaigns or initiatives at the ground level. The role involves frequent field visits, direct interaction with captains and customers, and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth operations in Darbhanga.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with captains, customers, and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills to manage onboarding activities, field visits, and daily operational tasks.
  • Candidates should possess basic data handling and reporting skills, including the ability to maintain records and use mobile apps or simple spreadsheets.
  • Candidates should possess problem-solving and customer service skills to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or higher, familiarity with local geography in Darbhanga, and proficiency in regional language(s) and basic English are beneficial.
  • Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving license, prior experience in field operations or on-ground sales, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.
