   Education: Qualified lawyer with full admission to practice law in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, the United States, or another Tier-1 jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore, Australia, or Canada), holding an LLB or equivalent legal degree from a top-tier univer
2. sity.Experience: At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance, in-house counsel, or similar roles within the financial services, payments, crypto, or fintech sectors. Must have substantial hands-on experience in license management (including applications, renewals, and audits) and direct communications with regulators, with a proven track record of navigating multi-jurisdictional challenges in high-growth environm
