Job Responsibilities

• Business Data Support: Collaborate with core business lines such as platform, card consumption, and acquiring services. Respond to daily data extraction requests from product, operations, and risk control teams, providing data support for business decision-making.
• Reports and Dashboard Development: Maintain and iterate core business monitoring reports (e.g., DAU, authorization success rate, retention rate, etc.). Use BI tools to build automated visualization dashboards for anomaly monitoring and early warning of business metrics.
• Thematic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior paths, including user churn, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness evaluation. Deliver actionable business insights.
• Model and Strategy Support: Assist data scientists or strategy analysts in feature engineering, A/B experiment design, and results evaluation. Participate in the review and optimization of market acquisition and user growth strategies.
• Data Governance: Assist in organizing data tracking documentation, verify the accuracy of data reporting, and ensure the integrity of underlying data assets.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate or above (currently enrolled), majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Must be proficient in SQL, capable of writing efficient complex queries (multi-table joins, window functions, etc.).
• Familiar with Python data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy) or R language. Candidates with experience in data cleaning and basic modeling are preferred.
• Proficient in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickBI.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Clear logical thinking, high data sensitivity, excellent communication skills, and strong stress resilience.
• Potential intern candidates may receive return offer as a permeant employee upon graduation

Additional Advantages

• Prior internship experience in data analysis at internet giants or financial institutions (banks, consumer finance, internet finance) is preferred.
• Candidates who can effectively leverage AI tools to improve efficiency are preferred.
