Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Specialist (Content & Events) to drive RedotPay’s global brand visibility. In this role, you will split your expertise between two core pillars: crafting compelling content and executing high-impact event marketing initiatives. You will help shape RedotPay’s presence across key regions including APAC, LATAM, MENA, Europe, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing:

  • Content Development & Execution: Develop high-quality, accurate, and engaging content across multiple formats (articles, social media, case studies), maintaining a consistent and user-first brand voice.
  • AI-Driven Innovation: Explore and integrate AI tools to optimize content research, ideation, and production workflows, scaling our output efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central hub for all content-related needs. Partner closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Regional teams to ensure strict brand consistency and support product marketing initiatives.

Events Marketing:

  • End-to-End Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute RedotPay’s participation in global industry events, including major conferences, sponsorships, side events, and speaking opportunities. Manage logistics from initial planning through to post-event reporting.
  • Community Support & Amplification: Work hand-in-hand with our existing Community team to support offline events and online engagement. Design event-driven initiatives that support, energize, and add value to our existing community.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all event setups, promotional materials, and partner-facing deliverables align seamlessly with RedotPay’s brand guidelines, legal & compliance standards, and tone of voice.
  • External Relations & Brand Representation: Act as a polished ambassador and primary contact for event organizers, venues, and KOLs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, event coordination, or a blended marketing role with international exposure.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship track records and a passion for Web3/Fintech are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Near-native or native proficiency in English is required; Fluent Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate complex logistics, and balance multiple stakeholders across overseas markets simultaneously.
