Job Summary

The Country Manager - Brazil will lead RedotPay’s business growth, market expansion and local operations in Brazil. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the Brazil market strategy, driving user acquisition, trading volume and revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, representing RedotPay before regulators and industry stakeholders, and establishing a high-performing local team. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with deep knowledge of Brazil’s crypto, fintech, payments and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Market Expansion

· Develop and execute the overall Brazil market strategy.

· Drive user acquisition, trading volume and revenue growth.

· Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

· Build and manage the local business development pipeline.

2. Regulatory & Government Relations

· Serve as the primary representative of RedotPay before regulators and industry stakeholders.

· Monitor the competitive landscape and regulatory developments in Brazil, translating market intelligence into strategic recommendations for regional leadership.

· Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements.

· Support licensing and expansion initiatives in Brazil.

3. Partnerships

· Develop strategic relationships with financial institutions, payment providers, OTC partners, institutional clients, blockchain ecosystem participants and industry associations.

4. Marketing & Brand

· Lead local marketing initiatives.

· Increase RedotPay’s brand awareness in Brazil.

· Represent RedotPay at conferences, media interviews and industry events.

· Work closely with the global marketing team on localized campaigns.

5. Operations

· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Product, Operations, Marketing and Customer Support.

· Localize products and services for the Brazilian market.

· Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

6. Leadership

· Build and manage the Brazilian team.

· Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

· Report directly to global leadership.

· Manage local budgets and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience

· 5-8 years of experience in crypto, fintech, payments or financial services.

· Strong background in business development, partnerships and marketing within Web3 or fintech.

· Strong network within the Brazilian crypto ecosystem.

· Deep understanding of the Brazilian regulatory environment.

· Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

· Fluency in Portuguese and English.

· Proven track record in securing financial licences in the crypto, payments or banking sectors.

· Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital payment ecosystems.

· Exceptional negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
