What you bring

  • Qualified candidates will have experience building and scaling Sales Operations in a high growth environment
  • Complete knowledge and experience with forecasting and opportunity management as well as analytics in Salesforce
  • Have solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
  • Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approaches based on business context
  • Show excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences, adapting style to different audiences
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take a leadership role to challenge the status quo and bring innovation
  • High ability to foster relationship building and network with senior stakeholders who are not always familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion
  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • People Management experience required
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Laser-focused on identifying and implementing operational and process improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business needs
  • Drive an insights and data-driven organization and help develop localised strategies to optimise GTM motions and drive the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing accounts
  • Provide guidance, required reporting and sophisticated analytical insights to the leadership team to drive increased revenue growth, with a specific focus on key sales metrics, pipeline performance, and revenue forecasting
  • Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, ensuring data accuracy and piloting the content and conversation towards the most relevant insights and action items
  • Drive the forecast review process at global level ensuring regional compliance with the process and leading Salesforce ‘hygiene’ efforts to ensure accurate and up-to-date data
  • Work closely with the squad leads and product owners to drive priorities in region and provide a first-line of support at field-level
  • Lead and coordinate a team of experts Revenue Operations Business Partners, ensuring best practices sharing, continued focus on each business area whilst creating more room for efficiencies and optimal resources allocation
  • Assist directly as Revenue Operations Business Partner at least one area to determine based on alignment in light of FY25 company goals
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral, such as sales playbooks, pricing guides, and contract templates, in collaboration with specialist teams and enablement and use centralized resources to provide answers & solutions for the region
  • Act as facilitator and global business expert for the annual territory design, planning and quota allocation process with the sales leadership team in accordance with the policies and tools established
  • Review attainment trends for industry and geographic sales teams, and review results with sales management while providing insights designed to drive productivity and efficiency in the selling process
  • Assume joint responsibility with sales management for process compliance and improvement

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $51,700 USD to $116,350 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
