We seek a creative and strategic Content Marketer to join our forward-thinking Marketing Team at Retainiq. This role is perfect for someone who has a knack for storytelling, understands the nuances of the B2B landscape, and can create compelling content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing creative thinking with analytical prowess to measure the effectiveness of content marketing strategies and adjust plans based on data-driven insights.

Take ownership by:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our company’s goals, brand voice, and target audience’s needs.
  • Create high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and social media posts.
  • Optimise content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to create cohesive messaging and content that supports product launches, demand generation campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Managing the editorial calendar and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content across all channels.
  • Using analytics tools to track content performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Staying up-to-date with content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the content strategy and execution.
  • Engaging with the audience across platforms and responding to comments and feedback to foster a strong community around our brand.

Job requirements

  • You have proven experience as a content marketer, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce content that engages and converts.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation for digital channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with content promotion and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and ability to work with designers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work towards deadlines.
