Marketing Specialist, e-commerce

We're seeking detail-oriented, strategy-oriented individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our team as an e-Commerce Marketing Specialist. In this role, you'll need to effectively connect with diverse personalities, devise tailored strategies for clients, and lead end-to-end efforts to ensure timely delivery of outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:

You will be a part of the Delivery team as a critical contributor, helping to address/improve a wide variety of challenges and processes that make the engine of this organization hum. As an e-commerce Marketing Specialist on the team, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of ownership on your deliverables employing a client-first approach; you will be responsible for ensuring a positive client and end-user experience for your accounts. You’ll be working in Asana, Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Slides/Powerpoint daily, and talking frequently with stakeholders in Client Success, Business Development, and Technical to help serve client needs and build future-state products and systems.

Areas of responsibility include:
  • Create and implement customized email marketing strategies for your clients
  • Coordinate within our internal team to keep projects moving forward and execute your strategies
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Klaviyo and other ESPs and their functionalities
  • Analyze data to optimize strategies and improve email marketing performance
  • Boost clients’ subscriber engagement and revenue numbers
Here’s a typical week for an e-Commerce Marketing Specialist:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 1-year experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, email marketing, and/or 1-year experience in Klaviyo is preferred. Freshers with a passion for e-commerce marketing are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a knack for strategic thinking are essential.
  • You’ll be expected to juggle your work schedule along with the schedules of clients operating across many different time zones.
  • Exceptional listener and trust-builder; able to build and maintain strong and deep relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Obsessive about helping enterprise clients generate meaningful business value from technology products and services.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms, along with a solid understanding of analytics, is crucial.
  • Analytical skills to interpret email campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights.
Compensation:

Starting compensation for this position is ₹7.5 to ₹10 LPA or commensurate with experience, and expected value to the company.
