Human Resource Associate

Location: Bangalore (work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment documentation including drafting, maintaining, and organizing offer letters, candidate query resolution, relocation support, logistics, company asset management, and related tasks
  • Support the recruitment teams by screening resumes, following up with candidates, and assessing assignments as per given instructions
  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site and other engagement activities
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory
  • Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
  • Fill in data records or perform manual tasks as per the requirements of different departments
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, letters, spreadsheets, finance-related tasks, and more

Required Skills and Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Previous success in office management
  • Experience managing budgets and expenses
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Exceptional listener and trust-builder; able to build and maintain strong and deep relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
