We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Appointment Setter (Cold Caller) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients across the United States with the primary goal of scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.

RetainIQ is an Accel backed brand which enables eCommerce stores globally to convert and retain their customers by allowing brands to send hyper-personalised Emails & SMSes, making interventions more personal and relevant.

We currently employ a team of over five callers recruited from Outbounders who have been working with us for over a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects using provided contact lists and scripts.
• Introduce our products/services to prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and qualify potential leads for appointments.
• Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team based on availability and client preferences.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.
