About Rhythms
Rhythms is building the AI that helps you run your business autonomously—fundamentally rethinking how organizations operate, execute, and scale. We're founded by entrepreneurs who built and sold Chronus (acquired by PE) and Ally.io (acquired by Microsoft). We've raised a $26M seed round from top investors including GreenOaks, Madrona, and Accel, alongside CXOs from global technology leaders—earning GeekWire's Deal of the Year and recognized among the top AI innovators of 2025.
AI agents execute proven playbooks, track progress across every system, surface risks before they land, and eliminate the manual overhead that slows organizations down. Built on multi-agent AI architecture, our platform integrates with Slack, Teams, Jira, and Linear—so the operational layer just works.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior PMM who operates like a one-person marketing team. You'll own product messaging, thought leadership, content, and customer programs—and you'll use AI to produce and distribute at a pace that would previously require a team of five.
This is a founding marketing role at an AI company. We expect you to live that—not just talk about it. You'll use AI daily to draft, research, analyze, iterate, and ship. If you're used to managing agencies or waiting on a content team, this isn't the role.
The ideal candidate understands how enterprises operate—how they run meetings, manage execution, and try to connect strategy to daily work—and can translate that into positioning, content, and programs that resonate with the buyers trying to fix it. We're building the AI that helps you run your business autonomously. You'll make sure the right people know it.
What You'll Own
Messaging and positioning: Own the core narrative—website, sales materials, launch assets. Develop it from first principles, iterate fast based on what's working in the market.
Content and thought leadership: Build Rhythms' voice as the definitive resource on autonomous business operations and AI-native ways of working. Use AI to produce at volume—blog posts, research, webinar scripts, event content—and own the editorial judgment that makes it sharp.
Customer marketing: Own digital events, customer webinars, and expansion programs. Build the systems that make these repeatable, not just one-off campaigns.
Sales enablement: Create what sales needs to win—competitive positioning, pitch narratives, objection handling. You'll be in customer conversations enough to know what actually lands.
Product launches: Partner with product to bring new capabilities to market. Fast and lean.
What We're Looking For
Experience
6–10 years in product marketing, content marketing, or customer marketing at B2B SaaS companies
Familiarity with enterprise operations, business execution, or AI-native tooling—you understand how organizations run and where the friction is
Track record of building content and webinar programs with measurable pipeline or expansion impact
Comfortable working across the full funnel—awareness, consideration, and customer growth
AI-native operator
You use AI tools daily—Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and whatever comes next—to write, research, analyze, and build
You think in systems: how do I build this so it runs, not just so it launches once
You ship fast and iterate based on signal, not consensus
One person, team-level output—this is the expectation, not the aspiration
Craft
You write with a point of view—clearly, concisely, and for a specific reader
You develop positioning from first principles
Strong enough with data to measure what you build
Cultural fit
Owner mentality—no playbook handed to you here
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
Genuinely excited about AI-native ways of working—we expect the team to live it
What You'll Get
Build the marketing function from the ground up at an AI company with real customer traction
Direct partnership with founders who built and sold Ally.io to Microsoft
Full ownership of messaging, content, and customer programs
Competitive salary and early-stage equity
Based in Bay Area with regular collaboration with Seattle/Redmond team
