Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end promo writing, including hooks, intros, scripts, captions, and CTAs that capture attention quickly.
• Write high-retention promos across a wide range of content formats while adapting to different audience interests.
• Build clear narrative flows with strong openings, smooth progression, and meaningful takeaways that keep viewers engaged.
• Work closely with editors and content leads to shape raw ideas, insights, and briefs into effective, polished promo scripts.
• Review promo performance, experiment with new approaches, and refine writing patterns to steadily improve engagement and results.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience writing content for a consumer brand, creator team, media startup, or entertainment platform.
• Strong command over short-form/Reels writing: hooks, pacing, micro-storytelling, and audience psychology.
• Ability to write across genres and tones - from dramatic to humorous to conversational to hype-driven.
• Excellent sense of structure, clarity, rhythm, and emotional engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with ambiguity, work with minimal supervision, and deliver fast.
