The Mission:
We are analyzing the global "Micro-Drama" industry. We are looking for Research Interns to join our "Trend Intelligence" team. You won't just be watching videos; you will be decoding the psychological hooks and narrative structures that make content go viral globally.
What You Will Do (Your Learning & Impact):
  • Content Auditing: Systematically monitor platforms like YouTube, Dailymotion, and ReelShort to identify high-growth Chinese and International micro-dramas.
  • Trope Mapping: Catalog recurring "viral tropes" (e.g., the hidden billionaire, revenge arcs, family dynamics) and evaluate their resonance for the Indian market.
  • Structural Analysis: Deconstruct the first 5 seconds (the hook) and the last 10 seconds (the cliffhanger) of top-performing episodes.
  • Database Management: Help build our internal "Viral Repository" - a creative library that will drive our next phase of production.

  • A student (any year) with a sharp eye for storytelling and social media trends.
  • Analytical: You love asking "Why did 10 million people watch this?"
  • Detail-Oriented: You can spot a recurring pattern across 20 different videos.
  • Fluent in English: Ability to summarize complex plots and emotional beats clearly.
