As a Product Owner, the role will be part of a team responsible for owning and delivering the tactical execution of the development the Ethoca Alerts product. You will be working closely with development teams to create the needed features that will further evolve the product. Vital to this will be taking a leadership role within the team and coordinating the requirements from Product Managers, customers and partners, and internal stakeholders.

•Gather and validate requirements, consulting with product management, development, customers, and other stakeholders in the market
•Own the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, cleaned, and refined
•Manage all scrum ceremonies for the development team you are embedded in
•Decide what to build and what not to build, translating the strategic plan into tactical execution
•Work with others in product management to plan releases that are aligned with overall corporate goals
•Be an active Scrum team member for key day-to-day activities, such as UAT, clarifying requirements, sharing the business value around features, and participating in all Scrum events
•Work with development, Quality Assurance, security, Operations, and data teams to drive delivery of releases
•Provide post-release education via demos, release notes, and other documentation
•Engage customers and end users to elicit feedback around the product offering

All About You:

•Expertise as a Product Owner in an Agile development team
•Experience providing mockups, flow charts and process diagrams, to capture requirements, present solutions, and facilitate discussions
•Domain experience in payments and disputes space is strongly preferred
•Proven experience with product development and management
•Comfortable getting into depth of data available through transaction flows that could be leveraged to enhance value propositions
•Demonstrated track record of achieving business targets and building business relationships
•Experience translating and applying business requirements (internal, external) to technical product requirements and product strategies
•Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills with successful track record engaging at senior levels in organization and with customers
•Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases
