Manager, Products and Solutions

Overview:

1) Overview
The Security Solutions team is looking for a Manager Product and Services to drive our security and solutions product strategy forward by innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the products, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

2) Role
• Develop understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle (e.g., Studio framework), actively works to improve experience and skills

• Drive product development focusing on customer journey and experience

• Prepare launches and monitors product performance, adoption, and operational health

• Review information on competitors’ product offerings, business models and technology innovations on a regular basis and shares findings

• Identify opportunities to improve an overall product lifecycle process

• Take initiative and actively seek and participate in activities which stretches ones existing skill set
• Mentor and guide new and less-experienced team members
• Take responsibility for driving revenue.
