Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Digital Marketing
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Digital Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Digital Marketing, and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Diagnostics & Digital Marketing Analytics
• Lead high-impact digital marketing projects for large, strategic clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes through data-driven execution
• Provide recommendations on areas of improvement of ‘Owned’ and ‘Paid Digital’ channels (social, search, website, mobile application, and digital lead or
application form)
• Deliver a prioritized list of actionable recommendations to enhance the
digital sales experience and drive acquisition across the user journey (user experience or UX) and lead generation process
• Own and manage Always-On and campaign-based digital initiatives, from planning to optimization, in alignment with client objectives
• Develop and implement digital marketing analytics frameworks, incorporating A/B testing, SEO/SEM, CRM, paid media, and audience insights
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real time, using data platforms to drive continuous improvement
• Produce performance dashboards and campaign reports, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impactful insights, performance narratives, and forward-looking strategies
• Act as a strategic digital advisor, helping teams select the right mix of channels, KPIs, creatives, and measurement tools across services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to align on execution and ensure consistent quality
• Drive ROI across digital marketing channels, including social media, search, programming, email, and influencer campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital diagnostics and performance analytics.
Experience Required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services, telecommunications, IoT, or AI-driven businesses
• Proven experience in leading or managing digital marketing teams and cross-functional project groups
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a creative approach to solving client challenges
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple ongoing priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Website analysis, Social & Paid Media Audit, Mobile App Audit, Measurement/Tracking Assessment, User Journey Analysis
