Mastercard is seeking a ‘’Product Manager Technical’’ to join the Data & Services program based in Prague. Working alongside the Lead PMT you shall ensure the smooth running of our Data Pipeline engineering service underpinning our global platform delivering both the SpendingPulse and SpendingPulse Destinations services to our global customers.

**Role**

Delivers against the quarterly roadmap along with ad hoc requests.

Supports the Agile ceremonies along with the TPM.

Collects/ creates and shares user stories with engineering teams.

Defines acceptance criteria & co reviews feature set for deployment.

Identifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and works with lead PMT, internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues.

Works with Lead PMT, TPMs & Developers to define requirements behind technical & business requests

Owns and manages product documentation within confluence ensuring features and associated documentation is concise and easily consumable by others.

Upholds ‘’Data Excellence’’ as defined by the Lead PMT

Prepares, launches, & monitors the Data Pipeline platform performance and operational health for feature sets

Participates in post-launch reviews & incorporates feedback going forward.

Works with the Lead PMT and data teams to ensure regional and client data confidence.

Creates forecast accuracy reports both ad hoc and quarterly to support the Lead PMT

Works with the Lead PMT to ensure the correct prioritization process is being adhered to.

Continuously monitors development at the feature level and adjusts as required.

**About you**

Experience of working within a data analytics environment

Direct experience of working closely with engineering teams and delivering scalable solutions and product increments on agreed timelines.

Direct experience of managing roadmaps along with balancing commercial and internal prioritization.

Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them
