Position
Title: Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Language Proficiency: Multi-lingual is a plus
Lead global benefits and compensation programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. Ensure offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant in 20+ countries. Oversee strategy, renewals, budgets, and wellness initiatives. Partner with vendors for smooth program delivery.
What you will do
- Develop and execute global total rewards and benefits strategies aligned with company goals and local market trends.
- Manage annual renewals, program enhancements, and vendor transitions. Use data and feedback to improve employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations. Support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Design wellness programs to boost engagement and support employee health.
- Own global benefits budget, analyze trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage relationships with brokers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues.
- Oversee compensation programs, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis.
- Lead benefits communications and education efforts for diverse employee groups.
- Manage and mentor a global team.
- Stay current on market trends and recommend program improvements.
What makes you an ideal candidate
- Experience in global compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally in SaaS or tech/PE.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and governance.
- Skilled in managing global programs and vendors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/benefits systems.
- Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years’ relevant experience; certifications (CCP, CBP, CEBS) are a plus.
