Position
Position: Web Content Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India
What you will do
- Create and update web pages for websites hosted on Word Press through integration of text, images, documents and videos, with in SLA’s , ensuring quality
- Modify images for use on site, for optimal visual user experience
- Perform quality checks and audits to identify and resolve website experience issues
- Ensure that content publication follows governance principles and visual identity guidelines
- Testing of new functionalities on the website and support such rollouts
- Coordinate and support product launch content processes
- Report platform issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams to get them resolved
- Document authoring procedures, learn new web tools and retrain existing tools.
- Support stakeholders on their queries related to CMS functionalities
- Maintain reports related to website content types.

- Update content on the Riverbed.com website(s)
- Cross-team communication skills with Stakeholders. Ability to ask questions, get clarification and execute on projects.
- Audit and maintain the websites pages.
- Understand SEO basics
- Use of MS Office tools, google worksheets.
