Title: Senior Performance Consultant (Aternity)

Location: India (Remote)

Specific Working Arrangements/Schedule: Supporting US Time Zones

The Senior Performance Consultant (Aternity) is an L4 Advisor level individual contributor and the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Experience (DEX) within Professional Services.
This role represents the highest level of technical and advisory expertise for Aternity engagements. The Senior Performance Consultant operates as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, senior IT leaders, and internal stakeholders, leading the most complex and high impact DEX initiatives.


This is not a people management role. The focus is on technical authority, strategic advisory, and customer outcomes, rather than delivery volume.

What you will do

L4 Advisory & DEX Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the global L4 escalation point for all complex Aternity and DEX related engagements.
  • Act as the recognized SME for Digital Employee Experience (DEX), including endpoint experience, application experience, and cross domain observability.
  • Advise customers on DEX operating models, maturity progression, and experience led IT transformation.
  • Engage credibly with senior customer stakeholders (Director, VP, CIO level) as a trusted technical and strategic advisor.

Advanced Aternity Technical Leadership

  • Lead the most complex Aternity engagements, including CX 360, EUEM/EUE deployments, SaaS migrations, and multi domain correlation.
  • Design and validate enterprise scale Aternity architectures, dashboards, alerting strategies, and advanced use cases.
  • Resolve the highest severity, highest complexity technical challenges that require deep platform expertise.
  • Set the technical quality bar and ensure best practice alignment across strategic engagements.

Outcome Ownership & Adoption Leadership

  • Own end to end customer outcomes, not just implementation delivery.
  • Lead DEX maturity assessments, define roadmaps, and guide customers through sustained adoption.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable DEX value metrics (experience, productivity, operational efficiency).
  • Ensure Aternity is operationalized as part of customers’ day to day IT workflows.

Practice Leadership & Services Evolution

  • Influence and evolve Aternity and DEX services offerings, including advisory led and outcome based packages.
  • Define reference architectures, runbooks, and delivery standards used globally.
  • Act as a technical mentor and role model for Principal level consultants.
  • Provide structured field feedback to Product Management and PS leadership.

Strategic Pre Sales Support (Selective)

  • Support strategic deals as an executive level technical advisor where deep DEX expertise is required.
  • Contribute to solution design, scope definition, risk assessment, and service descriptions.
  • Participate in executive customer briefings as needed.

What makes you an ideal candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Advanced Technical Advisory roles.
  • Deep, hands on expertise with Aternity Digital Experience solutions (EUE / EUEM, SaaS and/or on prem).
  • Proven authority in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), EUC, application experience, and observability.
  • Experience leading enterprise scale, high complexity customer engagements.
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders.
  • Contributions to services IP, frameworks, or reusable delivery
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
