Position: PowerPoint Designer with Graphic Design Skills
The PowerPoint Designer will primarily be responsible for designing, formatting, and enhancing high-impact presentations for executive, customer, internal, and marketing use. This role focuses on transforming rough content, outlines, and data into clear, visually compelling slides that align with brand standards and communicate ideas effectively. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in PowerPoint design and strong supporting graphic design skills to elevate presentations through thoughtful layout, typography, color, imagery, and data visualization. While the primary focus is presentation design, this role will also contribute to broader visual design needs when required.
What you will do
- Design and format professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, keynote slides, and executive communications from rough drafts or outlines.
- Enhance presentations through strong visual storytelling, slide hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and imagery.
- Translate complex information, charts, and data into clear, engaging visual slides.
- Apply brand standards, templates, and design systems consistently across presentations used throughout the global organization.
- Collaborate with the global creative team and Creative Director to understand project goals, develop concepts, and deliver polished presentation materials.
- Incorporate graphics, charts, icons, images, and other visual elements to make content more accessible and impactful.
- Use graphic design skills to support presentation development and occasional related creative projects.
What makes you an ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in presentation design, PowerPoint production, or graphic design, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide design, formatting, visual storytelling, templates, charts, animations, and transitions.
- Strong graphic design skills, with an eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems.
- Ability to work during part of the USA West Coast morning hours.
- An online portfolio showcasing PowerPoint presentations and design work is required.
