This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on field sales, bulk hiring, and talent acquisition strategies for campus and job fair recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (TA):

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and reports.
• Help draft job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals and social media.
