About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Business Analyst to support and scale multiple high-impact business and product workstreams. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive end-to-end execution across functions including collections, credit risk, PL acquisition, product marketing, and more.

This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of business strategy, product delivery, analytics, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will bring structured thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and a deep sense of accountability, with prior experience operating in high-growth, cross-functional environments.

Experience: 1.5 - 4 years

Education: Undergraduate degree from IIT, BITS, NITs or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Ownership: Take charge of business outcomes across multiple workstreams—collections, PL acquisition, campaign performance, credit risk models, etc.
  • Product & Tech Delivery: Own backlog detailing, prioritization, and delivery in collaboration with product and tech teams. Translate business needs into actionable product initiatives.
  • Program & Stakeholder Management: Act as the point person across sales, ops, design, marketing, and collections—ensuring program momentum, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Analytics & Metrics: Use data to identify trends, measure impact, and course-correct strategy. Own business dashboards, campaign performance, and P&L levers.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Drive clarity and alignment across initiatives through structured planning, reviews, and communication.

Good to Have:

  • Understanding of credit risk concepts and consumer lending dynamics
  • Comfort with P&L management, financial metrics, and performance tracking
  • Ability to “speak the language” of product, data, and GTM teams
