Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR operations and business partnership. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations effectively, support business leaders, and contribute to organisational success through HR strategies and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Manage HR systems and tools to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address employee queries and issues promptly, ensuring resolutions that uphold employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
  • Lead talent management initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Advise and coach managers on HR-related matters to foster a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
  • Support organizational change efforts by facilitating smooth transitions and promoting employee engagement.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human resources
    • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HR operations.
