Role Overview

As a Customer Support Intern at Rupeek, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role offers valuable exposure to the fintech industry and an opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve services and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed 10+2 or a graduate degree.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
