Position Overview

Job Title: TA Partner – Volume Hiring

Location: New Delhi, (Office Address: Office No. 501, 5th Floor, Raja House, 30-31, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019)

Education: Graduate (any discipline)

Experience: 1 to 4 years in volume hiring (Gold Loan Industry – Mandatory)

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically in field sales or field operations within the Gold Loan industry (Mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results within defined timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems

Key Responsibilities:

Volume Hiring Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for field roles in a high-volume hiring environment
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent at scale
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and delivery expectations

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and business leaders
  • Ensure timely and quality-driven hiring by aligning expectations and processes

Process Improvement:

  • Suggest and implement improvements to recruitment workflows and candidate experience
  • Leverage data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire

Candidate Experience:

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in volume hiring from the Gold Loan sector
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
