Role:

• The role blends data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement.
• Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention, using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.

Skills:

• Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)
• Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
• Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders

Qualifications:

• B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
