Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
Role Overview: As an HR Intern at Rupeek, you will support our recruitment team in driving campus hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring initiatives. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on field sales, bulk hiring, and talent acquisition strategies for campus and job fair recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys or discussions and track engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- Contribute to internal communication campaigns on culture, wellness, and recognition activities via emails, newsletters, or intranet posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent employee experience and participation.
HRBP Activities
- Support HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives related to performance management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and documentation to support data-driven decisions.
- Participate in discussions with business teams to understand people challenges and support action planning.
Employee Relations & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Act as the first point of contact (SPOC) for employees, addressing and resolving routine HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (payroll, IT, admin, etc.) to ensure smooth employee operations.
