Profile Summary
As Social Media Escalation Intern, you will be handling all customer queries escalated through social media in a polite and professional manner while maintaining customer privacy.
Job Details:
- Job Title: Social Media Escalation Intern
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (excluding BE/BTech)
- Location: Workshaala Delta, next to Devi Eye Hospital, HSR
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
- Duration: 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain regular social media performance and escalation reports
- Manage escalation queues efficiently to ensure timely resolution
- Work with CRM tools to track, update, and close customer cases
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer escalations within defined TATs
- Prioritize cases and coordinate with relevant internal departments for resolution
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and relationship management
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Professional email writing skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
