Job Description: Associate/Manager at CEO's office

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategy Associate/Manager. This role is pivotal in driving key initiatives and strategy projects that will shape the future of our organization. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure rigor in problem-solving, strategic planning, and execution across various functions. This is meant to be a pre-MBA role, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving impactful change, this role is for you. Past Alumni have gotten admits at HBS, Wharton etc, Moved on to leadership roles at large MNCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Strategic Projects: Lead critical strategy projects from 0->1 and 1->10, initiating and scaling new business initiatives across the organization.
  2. Org-level streamlining: Ensure timely interventions and rigorous problem-solving on key projects through close collaboration with leadership.
  3. Business Understanding & Metrics: Develop a deep understanding of the business and success metrics, tracking progress through detailed dashboards and analytics.
  4. Planning & Execution: Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles across the organization, and monitor execution through regular weekly reviews.
  5. Culture & Change Initiatives: Collaborate with functional and organizational leadership to drive initiatives that define and evolve the company culture.

Qualification

  • Educational Background: Strong academic pedigree with an undergraduate degree from IITs/BITS
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting firms (MBB, ATK, Strategy&, Dalberg, Auctus), high-growth startups (Flipkart, Ola, Swiggy), or leading corporations (ITC, HUL, P&G).
  • Demonstrable spike in academic or professional achievements.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • High degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and domains.
  • Proven experience in structured problem-solving and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to switch contexts and manage multiple priorities with passion, hunger, and perseverance.
