Role Summary

Rupeek is seeking a skilled Back Office Executive – Reconciliation to manage daily transaction reconciliations, month-end closures, and reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day transaction, Bank, and GL reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely day-end and month-end closing activities.
  • Book and review month-end revenue entries within defined TAT.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and escalate discrepancies as required.
  • Identify process gaps and support implementation of improvements.
  • Investigate reconciliation issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Maintain process documentation and support audit requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to provide updates and resolve queries.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 1 year of reconciliation experience (mandatory).
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills.
