Role Summary
Rupeek is seeking a skilled Back Office Executive – Reconciliation to manage daily transaction reconciliations, month-end closures, and reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day transaction, Bank, and GL reconciliations.
- Ensure timely day-end and month-end closing activities.
- Book and review month-end revenue entries within defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and escalate discrepancies as required.
- Identify process gaps and support implementation of improvements.
- Investigate reconciliation issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain process documentation and support audit requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to provide updates and resolve queries.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of reconciliation experience (mandatory).
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills.
