About the Role
You'll be making content for Bharat, in their languages, on their terms.
You'll be doing it for a product a family takes once in years, often in a moment of need, after a lot of thought and emotion. A product that helps in times of need.
There is no playbook. You'll help write it.
That's what makes this harder than most AND richer in learning than almost any.
What You'll Do
Ideate & Brainstorm: Work with the team & individually to make content across all formats at speed using existing content frameworks and improve them over time
Shoot, Produce & Deliver: coordinate with in-house team & freelance designers/editors to ideate content, shoot it, direct colleagues on camera and use AI tools to generate content at scale
Track performance: Track views, watch time, hook rate, CTR, CPL, saves, shares and other stats to figure out what works, what doesn’t and iterate
Obsess over the customer: Develop a deep understanding of their wants, needs and fears and use it to find the best solution for them

We care about taste, curiosity, and structured thinking. What matters is how you think and what you've made.
Must-haves
- Structured thinking: You can take a piece of content apart and tell us why it worked.
- A portfolio of things you've made: Reels, ad creatives, a YouTube channel, anything creative that you are proud of.
- Strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling.
- Working knowledge of AI content tools.
- Fluent English and Telugu OR Kannada - both are a plus.
- Comfortable in reading a dashboard and drawing conclusions from it.
