About Us:
Rupeek is India’s fastest growing asset-backed digital lending platform. Rupeek is on a mission to
solve credit needs of households and small and medium businesses in India. More than 90% of
Indians don’t have access to formal credit. Unsecured credit is expensive and has limited availability. On the contrary, 95% of Indian household net worth is in some form of assets. Rupeek’s technology led platform enables customers to get credit against their assets making credit accessible to the masses in a fair and convenient manner.
Rupeek started its journey with a focus on gold as an asset. Indian households have a unique
relationship with gold holding over 25,000 tonnes. Only 5.5% of this gold is used to obtain formal
credit due to friction involved in the process of getting credit and fear of losing gold. Rupeek solved this problem over the last 5 years by providing doorstep gold loans and transformed the way gold loans are disbursed in India. More than 1 lac customers who were earlier resistant to getting gold loans now use Rupeek’s digital platform to avail credit. Gold loan category alone is estimated to be at 20B USD in annual disbursement. This is just a start and Rupeek intends to launch many more financial products spanning across multiple asset classes in near future.
Founded in 2015 by Sumit Maniyar, Rupeek is present in over 25 cities in India and has touched

Role :
● Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing) to
drive alignment and execution of business goals in line with the Annual Operating Plan
(AOP).
● Manage the end-to-end planning process, including development of business plans and
targets, resource allocation, and cross-functional approval and alignment, ensuring all teams
are aligned with business objectives.
● Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the field team and lead
generation costs, in close coordination with the business design and finance teams.
● Orchestrate the roadmap for product interventions impacting the sales organization, ensuring
smooth execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
● Establish and maintain sales performance management tools and procedures (e.g.,
performance dashboards), and coordinate with tech and product for automated performance
tracking.
● Monitor and review monthly/quarterly progress of critical initiatives and programs with field
teams, presenting strategic insights to senior management.
● Develop and manage actionable data and dashboards, generating insights to drive key sales
input metrics through regular review cadence with regional teams.
● Lead Sales and Operations engagement initiatives, including contests and gamification at
the organizational level to drive motivation and performance.
● Design, develop, and implement Sales and Channel KPIs and incentive structures to drive
performance and align with business goals.
● Serve as the custodian for productivity enhancement programs, implementing initiatives,
incentives, engagement, and ensuring daily workforce tracking and rigor.
● Oversee field training, Learning & Development programs for Sales and Operations teams to
build and enhance capabilities and ensure continuous improvement.

Persona :
● Strong Academic Pedigree: B-Tech / MBA from premium institutes
● 5+ years of experience in an execution Business / Delivery oriented role (Sales, Revenue,
Growth, Category etc.) in FMCG / Telecom / FMCD / e-commerce etc.
● Mix of experience of doing Field Sales and Central roles
● Experience of Scaling up Program or Managing National Programs.
● Exposure to a fast paced execution environment
● Preferred Industries : B2C start-ups, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer verticals of large
corporates, FinTech
● Experience of handling/managing sales development/growth initiatives/central sales and
strategy roles.
● Team Management and Frontline experience is preferred
