Profile Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, Retail Banking, NBFC, or FinTech industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in personal loan sourcing, customer acquisition, and sales team management, along with a proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets. MBA candidates will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal loan sourcing and customer acquisition through various channels.
  • Lead and manage direct sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure achievement of sales, disbursement, and productivity targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing and customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to loan documentation, compliance, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products and expanding business.

  • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools and MIS reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of loan documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Support customer acquisition initiatives and strengthen sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
