Job Description:

Overview:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead Rupeek’s academy and play a crucial role in driving fresher hiring, training and distribution scaleup leading to growth of the business. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in program management, especially fresher hiring and academy operations, a deep understanding of working with sales & operations teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with top management as well as regional teams, HR, tech etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership:
  • Take ownership of end-to-end ownership of Rupeek academy from sourcing and training to driving promotion and integration into Rupeek’s field workforce.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), along with the academy PnL.
  • Execution and Implementation:
  • Design and drive plans and initiatives around sourcing high potential freshers in collaboration with HR, training, driving fungibility and transition of the field teams to increased productivity, market share and wider distribution
  • Design and execute a best-in-class training program around ensuring top frontline talent constantly moves up the ladder and is engaged with the organization
  • Progress Monitoring:
  • Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress and performance for all initiatives and frontline employees
  • Regularly analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise progress reports on initiatives to top management.
  • Effectively communicate program updates, challenges, and successes to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure support and alignment with program objectives.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and proactively communicate changes or adjustments to the program.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program design and execution.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience fresher hiring and training, preferably in running or setting up a field sales academy.
  • Experience of working in the intersection of HR and business teams
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful program implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
