Hiring: Area Sales Executive – FMCG / HORECA Sector
Locations: Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Mumbai
CTC: ₹3 – ₹4.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years (Mandatory)
Industry: FMCG / HORECA
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
We are looking for experienced Area Sales Executives with a strong background in the FMCG and/or HORECA sectors. This role requires hands-on sales experience, market understanding, and strong communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or HORECA sales
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong territory knowledge and distribution/channel handling experience
- Local candidates preferred due to language proficiency and regional market familiarity
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and distribution in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and HORECA clients
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition and gather insights
- Provide timely reporting and feedback to the management team
