Job Title: Quality Customer Service Executive
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Education: B.Tech in Food Technology or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle quality-related customer queries and complaints
- Ensure timely resolution and maintain service records
- Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular customer visits and share insights
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service/quality (preferably FMCG)
- Strong communication & MS Office skills
- Customer-first, problem-solving mindset
- Open to extensive travel
