Job Title: Quality Customer Service Executive

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Education: B.Tech in Food Technology or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle quality-related customer queries and complaints
  • Ensure timely resolution and maintain service records
  • Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal teams
  • Conduct regular customer visits and share insights

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service/quality (preferably FMCG)
  • Strong communication & MS Office skills
  • Customer-first, problem-solving mindset
  • Open to extensive travel
