Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you'll support the research function by helping identify early signals in the market, and contribute to our in-house research reports. You’ll work closely with the research, product, and tech teams to ensure our insights are timely, structured, and always aligned with required regulatory compliances in India—be it SEBI, NSE, BSE, or any other relevant authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market developments, macroeconomic factors, and trading sentiment to spot emerging opportunities.
• Assist in analysing stocks, intraday and options strategies to identify early-stage patterns before they become widely evident.
• Support the creation of internal market notes, research briefs, and structured reports under the guidance of the core research team.
• Work collaboratively with product and technology teams to translate market insights into potential product features or tools.
• Ensure all research-related work adheres to the applicable regulatory frameworks and internal compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of equity and options markets structure.
• Knowledge of Technical Analysis and Chart based analysis
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to combine both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Basic knowledge of financial modelling and fundamental analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• CFA Level I or higher (completed or in progress) preferred.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working as a Research Analyst in a reputed RA firm
