About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Community Manager to build, grow, and scale our trader community from the ground up. If you’ve nurtured communities in the fintech, trading, or investing space — and know how to make Reddit, Telegram, or Discord light up with engagement — we want you. You’ll lead the charge in turning active traders into super-fans, manage delight programs and other efforts, and become the voice of the trading community for the brand. You will be the nurturer of a High Performance Trading community.
Things you'll see on your plate:
- Community Building & Growth : Design and scale our community strategy. Deep dive into programs that develop and nurture the community.
- Community Operations: Keeping the community engaged, work cross-functionally across Product, Tech and Support to bring the community closer to Sahi.
- Run structured outreach programs: Track cohorts and maintain dashboards for performance of initiatives. Own ideation and execution across these programs.
- Events & Engagement: Plan and execute events: AMAs, trading roundtables, webinars, etc (what have you) including on-ground activations with community elements.
- Stay on pulse with our community of traders -- not just on across forums but also on social media.
Who you are:
- 3–5 years of experience managing online & offline communities, preferably from scratch
- Comfortable working with trader/investor audiences or in fast-paced fintech environments
- Deep familiarity with Reddit, Telegram, Discord, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Highly proactive, organised, and responsive
- Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with users and creating value for them
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, broking, or investment platforms
- Exposure to brand-aligned community engagement and social campaigns
- Experience working with community tools
