Scale’s Robotics business is rapidly expanding, supporting customers building physical AI. This position will be a key contributor in working to source, train, maintain, and improve the performance of our contractor workforce.

You will:

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand staffing and performance requirements for our Collector workforce.
  • Support day-to-day operations by ensuring that staffing is properly allocated for business needs.
  • Manage and control timecards to ensure proper payment for time worked.
  • Build training and feedback modules to ensure continuous improvement
  • Become a subject matter expert on all capabilities of the robotics platforms deployed in the factory.

You have:

  • Academic (Bachelors degree) or industry experience - data collection, staffing, independent contractor assignments, or human resources.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing hourly staffing across multiple locations.
  • Experience managing risk and operational safety.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.


Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience in Robotics, AI, and/or Computer Vision.
  • Intellectual curiosity, empathy, and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience building and/or maintaining lab networks and data pipelines.
  • Experience running large-scale data collection and controlled experiments
  • Experience in logistics.

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. $104,000$130,000 USD
