You’ll lead a team of Delivery Operations Managers, set the operating cadence for customer engagements, and design the systems that turn ambiguity into shipped milestones. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role: you’ll coach operators, establish standards, and personally step into high-severity “red zones” to stabilize delivery and reset plans with customer and internal leadership.

You will
- Lead and develop a team of Delivery Operations Managers across multiple enterprise engagements; set the bar for operational excellence and consistent execution.
- Build and run the Execution Machine: translate customer outcomes into engagement-level OKRs; drive weekly operating reviews that turn metrics into action.
- Own integrated client delivery schedules (Gantt charts / plans): milestones, dependencies, critical path, resourcing, buffers, and change-control discipline.
- Establish milestone governance: definitions of done, entry/exit criteria, acceptance criteria, and tight scope management when requirements shift.
- Run delivery cadences that drive closure (not theater): standups, risk/dependency reviews, exec updates, and escalation paths.
- Create hard accountability loops: every deliverable has a DRI, due date, and definition of done—work progresses without reminders.
- Standardize a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for every engagement: artifacts, decisions, risks, owners, plans, and comms history.
- Build AI-powered tooling and automation to eliminate manual overhead (trackers, update drafting, artifact organization, reminders, SLA monitoring).
- Own key enterprise operational interfaces: client IT integration playbooks (VDI/VPN, access, device procurement), plus finance/compliance operations (invoicing coordination, audit schedules, documentation flows).
- Deliver crisp, executive-ready reporting to customers and internal leadership with a ‘no surprises’ philosophy—good news early, bad news earlier.
- 7–12+ years in delivery operations, technical program management, enterprise operations, implementation/program leadership, or forward-deployed environments.
- 2+ years people management (or clear evidence leading multi-person delivery pods with accountability).
- Demonstrated ability to run enterprise delivery through OKRs, integrated plans/Gantt charts, milestones, and rigorous accountability.
- Strong stakeholder presence with customers and internal leadership; calm and decisive under pressure.
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with senior engineers and IT stakeholders (integrations, dependencies, delivery risk).
- Meticulous operational hygiene: documentation, metrics, artifact management, and clear written communication.
- Builder mindset: designs systems that prevent recurrence; uses AI/automation to reduce operational drag.
- Nice to have: enterprise AI/ML deployment exposure; familiarity with procurement/security workflows; invoicing/rev-rec coordination; audit readiness.
