We're Hiring: Senior Growth Recruiter — High-Volume Freelance Hiring (India)

Scale AI is expanding aggressively across Generative AI — and we need a recruiter who delivers hiring at scale.

This role is built on numbers, throughput, and execution.

Your mandate: design and run the funnels that onboard high volumes of freelance contributors across India to train and evaluate the world's leading AI models.

Not a fit for everyone. If you don't have strong experience in mass hiring, campus placements, and driving volume at speed — this isn't your role. Interviews will focus strictly on measurable outcomes: hires/month, funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and mass-hiring initiatives.

What You'll Own

Mass Hiring at Scale — Bulk freelance onboarding across Coding, Mathematics & STEM through standardized funnels.

Campus Placements — Structured hiring drives and fresher-intake programs with Tier-1 colleges across India.

Volume-Driven Freelance Hiring — Repeatable systems to recruit large pools of technical contributors (gig/marketplace experience a big plus).

Funnel Management & Metrics — Own every stage: sourcing → screening → assessment → offer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mass-recruitment campaigns for freelance Coding & STEM roles
• Execute campus hiring drives with Tier-1 colleges
• Source at scale via LinkedIn & other high-yield channels
• Run technical assessments (HackerRank / Codility) efficiently
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast demand & plan volume cycles
• Build and maintain large, active talent pools for recurring hiring waves

What You Bring

• 6+ years in recruitment with clear mass-hiring exposure
• Proven record of high-volume freelance hiring
• Strong Tier-1 campus-placement experience
• Deep LinkedIn sourcing & bulk-outreach expertise
• Experience managing technical assessments at scale
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Operations-driven or marketplace background (a plus)
