Key Accountability
Sales Strategy Development:Develop and execute impactful sales strategies to strengthen market presence and drive revenue growth for iodine derivatives.
Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong connections with current and prospective clients, identifying their needs and delivering customized solutions.
Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, understand customer preferences, and evaluate competitive dynamics, shaping effective sales strategies.
Product Promotion:Inform clients about the advantages and applications of iodine derivatives, simplifying complex technical concepts for clear and effective communication.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and closed deals, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.
Communications & Working Relationships
Internal:
All Departments (Essentials, Pharma, Finance, HR, Operations/Supply Chain)
External:
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Consultants
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum of 4+ years in sales within the chemical industry, with a focus on Iodine derivatives or related products.
- In-depth understanding of the chemical manufacturing sector and Iodine derivatives.
- Should have good commercial understanding
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated sales / business development capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
